Moving on & scaling down; preparing for the next chapter of my life, which requires the "big sale" of this house & 1.89 acres of land. Having counted the costs, done my homework, reviewed pros/cons, while still trusting that "I've made the right connections & asked for the help I need"; the decisions made are with what I do know. Staying in Maine would solely depend on retaining favored employment, plus selling 11 Kiesow Lane, China, Maine to find a smaller place with fewer taxes, less upkeep, & as a way to replenish my depleted retirement savings. Relocating to Florida, the Sunshine State where hoary heads full of wise, valued experience are appreciated & are offering paid opportunities, likewise necessitates this house sale to make a nice (not fancy) mobile home into my habitat. Ahhh to see into my future would definitely be advantageous, indeed.
