Stuck in the mud or awaiting a more splendid existence

Time has come & gone since the 2016 blogs which reflect some optimism in the midst of dismal financial circumstances. What I've learned is that with destruction there's also construction. My financial security was eradicated here during employment upheavals, temp jobs without promise, utter despair, & finally, no church to find true friendship within. A 3 year Debt Relief Program is what I've bought into to alleviate the financial abasement & have secured 3 small income sources as well: serving as a Local Coordinator contracted with ICES-International Cultural Exchange Services placing International Students into Host Family Homes & area High Schools along with caring for "Lucy", the most beautiful Black Mouth Cure I'll ever meet plus Rover.com pet care. These opportunities have presented deeply treasured changes in my daily plans, activities, & outlook. Another development is that today 'I've located a church that has possibilities of earnest connection potential. I used to feel so much warmth & energy when thinking of finding a fellowship with those of like minded faith. Now, I'm frankly wary, but hopeful. All things are possible, this I do know, whenever 2 or more are gathered to promote TRUTH; not themselves, a movement, or philosophy. So much good came from going to Sias for the year of teaching because of finding others who share in similar values. Perhaps the best is yet to come . . .
